£8.4m housing project to be completed this year

An £8.4 million project to replace public sector housing in Ballasalla is on target to be completed later this year.

The 42-home Horse Shoe in the Clagh Vane estate, which was demolished in 2016, will be replaced by 51 new properties.

Around half are due to be handed over by the developer before the end of May, and the remainder in the autumn.

Now applications are now being invited from people who may wish to live in the new development.
