Plans to build a hotel, cinema, restaurants and apartments on the former Lord Street Bus Station site have been approved by planners.
Local company Kane Limited are behind the £25 million pound retail and leisure development which would includes a hotel with 80 bedrooms and a seven-screen cinema.
A multi-storey car park with over 300 spaces would also be included, along with restaurants, bars and cafes, plus 20 residential apartments.
Lord Street Bus Station was demolished in 2002, with the site currently being operated as a pay and display car park by Douglas Borough Council.
