Postal plane delayed by weather

Poor weather conditions mean the Island will not receive any airmail today.

Isle of Man Post Office confirmed that the mail plane wasn't able to make its journey to Ronaldsway this morning.

As a result, items sent to Manx addresses first class, by Special Delivery or through Parcelforce Express won't arrive on Island until later, and won't be delivered until tomorrow.

Some mail has arrived via the boat and will be processed and delivered today along with local mail as normal.
