New team takes the helm at Noble's Hospital

The new boss at Noble’s and Ramsey Cottage Hospitals has been announced.

It comes after the departure of Mike Quinn to a new role in England.

John Coleman has been appointed interim Director of Hospitals.

The appointment has been made on an interim basis, pending the outcome of the independent review into the Island’s health and social care system currently being undertaken by Sir Jonathan Michael.

Joining the team as interim Specialist HR Lead is Yasmin Rafiq, a change management specialist and project leader with extensive experience at NHS Trusts in England. Working alongside John Coleman, she will concentrate on staffing across the Directorate. Ms Rafiq is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
