Moto3 racing machines are to be included in Post TT and S100 Races

Southern 100 Racing have confirmed that Moto3 racing machines are to be included in both the Colas Post TT Road Races and the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company Southern 100 International Road Races for 2019.

The 250cc Moto3 machines were previously included in the 125/400 races at the July meeting and it was proposed and approved that they be included in the 250cc/650cc races not only at the Southern 100, but to include them in the Post TT Races as well.

Clerk of the Course, Peter Oates said: ‘The Moto3 racing machines are a relatively new class which has attracted a small number of entries to date and the club has decided to include them in the 250/650cc races at both the Post TT and Southern 100 races, hoping the entries will continue to grow.’
