Budget Road Show Hits Peel

The final budget road show meeting will take place in Peel tomorrow.

It will now be held at the Corrin Hall, not Peel Town Hall as previously advertised.

A government spokesperson said: "The change has been made to accommodate the numbers expected to attend the interactive workshop sessions."

The Corrin Hall is located in the grounds to St German’s Cathedral, directly opposite the Town Hall on Derby Road.

The session will begin a little later than advertised, at 7.30pm, to allow people taking part in the Funding of Nursing and Residential Care focus group meeting at Peel Clothworkers School to attend.

The Budget 2019 roadshow continues this evening at the Manx Legion Club, 7-9pm, before concluding in Peel on Thursday.
