Major work on Queen's Pier in Ramsey is progressing well according to the trust who are restoring the structure.
Steel from Section One of the pier is being sent off Island this week to be galvanised before being sent back where it will be painted.
The Victorian pier opened in 1886, and previously had a tramway, but the pier has been closed since 1991.
Speaking to MTTV - Project Manager for the Queen's Pier Restoration Trust Stuart McKenzie explains the current state of the pier.
