82 Year Old Charged With Historic Child Sex Abuse

An 82-year-old man has been charged with historical child sexual abuse offences.

Detective Inspector Neil Craig from Isle of Man Constabulary's CID Unit confirmed that following a police investigation, an 82-year-old man from the Island will appear in court, on a date to be set.

The allegations relate to the Knottfield children’s home in Douglas and date back to the 70s and 80s.
