Postal workers in the Isle of Man have voted unanimously to ballot for industrial action over proposed changes at the Island of Man Post Office.
Members of the Communication Workers Union gathered at the Sefton Hotel to hear from Postal Union boss Terry Pullinger.
A number of key concerns were raised including pensions and pay.
The Isle of Man Post Office says fewer people are sending letters and using post offices, but parcel deliveries are increasing due to more people shopping online. The organisation believes these changes have led to it reporting a loss for the first time in its history.
Residents on the Island have until tomorrow to have their say as part of a public consultation.
