The funeral of popular bike rider Alan 'Bud' Jackson has taken place this afternoon in Cumbria.
The 62-year-old from Kendal died as a result of injuries sustained during a practice session for the Senior Classic TT last month.
Mr Jackson was an experienced and regular competitor on the Isle of Man, having made his Manx Grand Prix debut in 1979.
He had four wins during his career, most recently in 1998 in the Classic Lightweight, as well as six other podiums.
His highest TT finish was in 1990 when he secured a fifth in the Ultra Lightweight TT.
An inquest into Mr Jackson's death continues.
