Ramsey RNLI assist fishing vessel in to Port

Ramsey lifeboat was launched to rescue a fishing vessel that had broken down in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The RNLI crew were launched at just after 4:30am following a request from the Belfast Coastguard.

The large fishing vessel suffered the engine failure around six miles north-west of the Point of Ayre.

The crew helped berth the vessel successfully into Ramsey Harbour.
