Record-breaking sidecar to go on display at Manx Museum

The Birchall Brothers' sidecar will be part of the TT Gallery at the Manx Museum.

The first sidecar to lap the TT Course in under 19 minutes will go on display at the Manx Museum.

Ben and Tom Birchall broke the lap record at this year's TT while winning both sidecar races in the sidecar outfit, which was designed and built by the brothers.

The Manx Museum is opening a TT Gallery in 2020 and Manx National Heritage has purchased the sidecar to be part of the collection, describing it as a star attraction.

The brothers said they're immensely proud to have their sidecar included in the gallery and for it to be accessible to TT fans now and in the future.
