Mail delayed due to airport fog

Fog at the Island's airport prevented some postal items being delivered to the Isle of Man today.

The mail flight was unable to land at Ronaldsway this morning and had to return to East Midlands Airport.

As a result, Isle of Man Post Office didn't receive special delivery, Parcelforce 24 or 1st class mail items.

The flight will try again this afternoon or this evening, but the Post Office doesn't know when it can expect the deliver the delayed items.
