Steam Packet warns of road closures for Douglas-bound passengers

The Island's ferry operator is warning of travel disruption for those heading to Douglas from Liverpool this weekend.

An event will be taking place near the Steam Packet Company's port in Liverpool on Saturday and Sunday, resulting in road closures in the area.

Two crossings to the Island on Saturday and one on Sunday evening will be affected by the closures.

Vehicle passengers will be diverted via Paisley Street to reach the vehicle check-in. Foot passengers and cyclists won't be affected.
