Commissioners list building for sale

Port St Mary Commissioners is selling Manxonia House on the open market.

The local authority decided to list the property for sale with an asking price of £295,000.

The board purchased the building two years ago with a view to refurbishing the site, but it's now decided not to go through with the project.

The covenant retaining the property for commercial use will be in place, and the Commissioners hope the building can be used by a business in the future.
