Police seek owner of car involved in crash

Police are trying to find the owner of a grey Seat Ibiza involved in a collision on the Island.

The vehicle, which has the registration JEZ 6565, drove off without stopping following an incident at the Cronk-ny-Mona junction on June 29th.

Officers have attempted to trace the owner, but the registered keeper no longer owns the vehicle and attempts to trace it locally have failed.

However, police believe the car is still on the Island.

Anyone who know the car's owner or sees it parked up is asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit at Police Headquarters on 631212.
