The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading says it's still receiving reports of rogue traders making unsolicited visits to local residents.
Cold calling by knocking on doors or making unsolicited phone calls has been illegal on the Island for over two years.
The OFT warns such traders continue to visit homes to offer services such as roofing work, power washing and tree surgery.
The organisation is urging anyone who is approached by such a trader not to do business with them.
A trader found guilty of cold calling could face a substantial fine or prison sentence.
