One of the main roads in the north of the Island will re-open today following resurfacing.
Lezayre Road in Ramsey has been closed since the end of TT for reconstruction, inclusion of a cycle lane and installation of a new crossing.
The road was due to re-open at the weekend, but the Department of Infrastructure says the route is ready to be used slightly ahead of schedule.
The Department is thanking residents, schools and businesses in the area for enduring extra traffic while the work has taken place.
The road will be open to traffic from 2pm.
