NSC pools to close for nine months from tomorrow

The swimming pools at the National Sports Centre will close for nine months from tomorrow.

Today's the final day for swimmers to use the NSC facilities before a £4.2m refurbishment scheme gets underway.

The movable floor in the competition pool will be replaced as well as the two flume rides, which are 20 years old.

It's hoped the scheme will be completed in time for TT next year.
