Manx Utilities are urging the public to use water wisely ahead of the hosepipe ban.
The Authority wants Manx residents to consider ways to use less water, such as taking short showers instead of baths, not running the tap while brushing teeth and using the shortest cycles on the washing machine.
The organisation also advises locals to reuse water from sinks, baths and dehumidifiers to water plants.
The hosepipe ban will be in force from Friday - those who breach the ban could face a fine of up to £1000.
