Bus service launches app

The Island's bus service is launching an app to provide bus users with live departure times and how to find the nearest bus stop.

Zip Trip has been developed by Ticketer for Bus Vannin, and can be downloaded from the Apple app store or Goggle Play.

The app will provide route information, live updates and allow a passenger to track themselves on a map during their journey.

There are also plans to allow passengers to pay their bus fares through the app in the future.
