Coastguard rescues dog at Scarlett

Coastguard crews in the south of the Island were called out to rescue a dog.

The animal had got into difficulty at Scarlett yesterday morning, and needed help from Castletown Coastguard.

The team used safety lines, an extension ladder and an animal rescue bag to bring the dog to safety before handing him back to his owner.
