Tynwald supports routine diabetes screening

Routine screening for diabetes has received backing from Tynwald.

Onchan MHK Julie Edge tabled a motion at this month's sitting asking members to support routine checks for the condition.

The motion received unanimous support from Tynwald, including from Health Minister David Ashford who spoke in favour of screening during the debate.
