Police seek witnesses to lorry collision

Police want to speak to the driver of a lorry that collided with a car in Peel.

The white lorry was turning right from Station Road into Patrick Street when it struck a grey Volkswagen Golf, which was stationary.

The incident happened at around 4.55pm on Tuesday.

Officers from the Western Neighbourhood Policing Team want to speak to the driver the lorry as well as a person who was seen stopping traffic for the lorry to pass.

Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact Peel Police Station on 842208.
