Planning permission is being sought for the next phase of works on Queens Pier in Ramsey.
The Queens Pier Restoration Trust has been carrying out work on the structure over the last year after reaching an agreement with the Department of Infrastructure.
The Trust wants to turn its attention to the gatehouse and entrance block building next to Stanley Mount East.
The application says the work will improve the visual appearance of the building, restore original fittings and provide a weather-proof unit for those working on the pier.
The works would include reinstated the currently boarded up windows in the gatehouse, adding a clock on the west elevation and installing two new flagpoles.
