Two lifeboats were called out to held a yacht in difficulty off the south coast of the Island.
Port St Mary and Port Erin crews launched just before 10pm last night after the 27-foot yacht got into trouble in rough seas one mile west of Bradda Head.
However, the yacht was able to overcome the conditions and make its own way to Raglan Pier in Port Erin, with both crew members safe and well following the ordeal.
The two lifeboats returned to their station just after 11pm.
