Police investigate dog bite incident

Police in the south of the Island are investigating reports a person was bitten by a dog.

The incident happened just before 9pm on Tuesday on Ballacry Road in Colby.

It's alleged a black dog, which was being walked by a man and woman at the time, bit a male.

Officers want to speak to the owner of the dog.

Anyone who can help police identify the dog owner is urged to contact Castletown Police Station on 822222.
