The Infrastructure Minister has confirmed work is underway to repair damage at Groudle Glen.
Ray Harmer admitted in this week's sitting of the House of Keys that is isn't happy with the current condition of the footpath, which has sustained substantial damage over the winter.
The Department of Infrastructure has worked with the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture to develop a programme that won't require the river to be entered of fish disturbed.
MR Harmer revealed that this work is now being carried out on site.
