Morning Liverpool sailings cancelled

This morning's sailing to Liverpool has been cancelled due to the weather conditions.

The Steam Packet Company announced the 7.30 crossing to Liverpool and the return sailing at 11.15 won't operate due to the conditions.

Last night's Ben-my-Chree services were also hit, but the Heysham sailings are expected to go ahead as scheduled today.

Gusts reaching severe gale force nine have been affecting the Island overnight - a yellow weather warning remains in place until 10am.
