A housing developer is seeking planning permission to build nearly 100 homes in the south of the Island.
Haven Holmes Limited has submitted plans for a 98-property development at the corner of Douglas Road and Victoria Road in Castletown.
The development would include 24 affordable terraced units as well as three-bed and four-bed semi-detached and detached homes, while each dwelling would be allocated at least two parking spaces.
The planning application also seeks approval to demolish the structures currently on the site.
