Isle of Man Sport has paid tribute to Dan Kneen who died in TT practice earlier this week.
The Manx rider was supported by the Isle of Man Sport Aid programme and was a regular user of the Isle of Man Sport Institute's facilities.
Sports Performance Co-ordinator Chris Quine described the 30-year-old as one of the best road racers in the world who will be dearly missed.
Chairman of Isle of Man Sport Gary Corkhill added that everyone at the organisation has been devastated by the news, and that his loss will be felt throughout the community.
Kneen died following a collision at Churchtown during Wednesday's practice session.
