The Manx Government has launched a consultation into the future plan for the east of the Island.
The Draft Area Plan for the East will replace the plans for individual areas including Douglas, Onchan and Braddan, and be used to implement Government policies.
The proposals focus on how new land should be allocated for housing and employment, the application of planning law and regeneration of brownfield sites.
Full details of the proposed area plan can be found on the Government's website, while maps will also be available at the Welcome Centre in the Sea Terminal and Tynwald Library.
The Government will be running drop-in session during the consultation period, while responses to the consultation will be accepted until the end of August.
