Isle of Man-bound aircraft struck by moving vehicle

An airline has confirmed an aircraft being prepared for a flight to the Isle of Man was hit by an airport vehicle.

The Stobart Air-operated Flybe flight from Manchester to Ronaldsway last Friday was struck by a moving vehicle.

In a statement to Energy FM News, Stobart Air confirmed the incident resulted in cancellations, but that they were able to resume the service later that day.
