The Government is urging more local residents to respond to the Social Attitudes Survey as the deadline approaches.
The Cabinet Office is seeking views on a range of issues including crime, transport, employment and Brexit.
The Government intends to use the responses to influence its policies in the future as well as gaining insight into public opinion.
The survey can be found on the Government's website, while paper copies are available from a number of Government buildings, as well as public libraries in Peel, Douglas, Ramsey and Castletown.
Responses must be submitted by midnight on Monday.
