Injured lamb rescued from cliff

Peel Coastguard was called out after a lamb got stuck on a cliff face near Fenella Beach.

A cliff technician started descending down the cliff to rescue the lamb, but the lamb panicked and went down to sea level.

The technician followed and was able to secure the lamb, who had broken her back leg.

The team was able to bring the lamb back to the top of the cliff and return her to the farmer over two hours after receiving the callout.
