TT speed limit for coast road

A temporary speed limit will be in place on the Douglas to Ramsey coast road throughout TT fortnight.

The route normally includes areas that are derestricted, but the entire stretch will be limited to 50mph during the TT period.

The Isle of Man Constabulary will be using unmarked police cars and bikes on the coastal route to ensure cars and bikes are sticking to the limit.

The reduced speed limit will be in operation at the same time the one-way system on the Mountain Road.
