Police are urging dog walkers to keep their pets on leads after a lamb was killed in the south of the Island.
The four-week old lamb was badly maimed between Thursday and Friday last week at Ballahane Farm in Port St Mary, and didn't survive the attack.
Officers are calling for dog owners to use leads to ensure sheep aren't worried or attacked, maimed or killed.
Anyone who witnessed the attack last week is urged to contact Castletown Police Station on 822222.
