The Chief Minister believes the Isle of Man has adequate resources monitoring developments affecting the Island in Westminster.
Howard Quayle faced questions in this week's sitting of the House of Keys about a failed amendment in the UK which would have asked the Island to make its beneficial ownership register public.
Mr Quayle confirmed the Manx Government employs Lansons to represent the Isle of Man and provide advice on events and problems, as well as updates on the House of Commons.
The Government also has a team monitoring debates in Westminster to ensure the Government can respond directly if needed.
The Chief Minister insists the withdrawal of last week's anti-money laundering amendment shows the Island's work in London has been beneficial.
