Inflation falls in April

Inflation on the Isle of Man fell during April.

Figures released by the Government's Cabinet Office showed the Consumer Prices Index dropped to 4% last month, down from 4.4% in March.

Air travel, household equipment and kennel fees have all seen significant price increases over the last 12 month, while internet subscriptions, fruit and pork have all reduced in cost.
