It's hoped a live training exercise will help the emergency services be prepared to respond to a major incident.
Over 130 people were involved in the exercise at Groudle Glen last week.
The mock incident involved members of the police, Fire and Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, hospital, Civil Defence, Coastguard and Search and Rescue Dogs Association work to locate and treat casualties.
The Department of Home Affairs insists it's important that the emergency services are well prepared for different types of emergencies.
As well as the emergency services, volunteers acted as mock casualties.
