MHK to ask about plans for property fund

Purchasing property of national importance will be discussed in next week's sitting of the House of Keys.

Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse wants to know if the Government plans to establish a fund for purchase property which is identified as of national importance.

The question comes just weeks after the Government listed the former Castletown Police Station for sale on the open market.

Chief Minister Howard Quayle will speak on the matter on Tuesday.
