Government to conduct household finances survey

The Manx Government is asking local residents to take part in a survey about household income and spending.

Letters are being sent homes inviting them to respond to the Household Income and Expenditure Survey.

The Cabinet Office will use the collected data to inform the development of Government policy.

Initial invitations will be sent to a random sample of households, who will then be asked to monitor their income and spending over a two-week period.

Those who take part will receive a £15 payment.
