Commissioners seek expressions of interest for Courthouse use

Ramsey Town Commissioners are inviting expression of interest from those interested in using Ramsey Courthouse.

The local authority expects to complete its purchase of the site from the Department of Home Affairs in the next month.

The Commissioners want the building to provide some benefit to the community as well as being financially sustainable, and want to hear from businesses or organisations that would be interested in running the facility.

Submissions will need to include a business plan, details of how it will benefit the community and likely opening hours.

Details should be submitted to Ramsey Town Hall by Friday April 27th. Details of the floor plans for the site and more information can be found on the Commissioners' website.
