Selling off three police stations raised almost £700,000 for the Department of Home Affairs.
The DHA released the figures in response to a Freedom of Information request asking how many former police stations had been sold in the last five years.
The response confirmed Onchan Police Station, Port St Mary Police Station and Andreas Police Station have all been sold for between £225,000 and £235,000 since 2013.
Details of another sale were blanked out in the response.
The Department confirmed all properties were non-operation at the time of sale.
