Public views are being sought on proposals that could change the way organ donation consent is given.
Garff MHK Martyn Perkins is preparing a Bill that would switch the Isle of Man to a presumed consent system, where residents would have to opt out if they don't want their organs to be donated.
Currently, organs are only used from those who have explicitly given their consent.
The Government has launched a survey on the public consultation section of its website seeking the views of locals on the proposals.
The consultation will remain open until June 8th.
Around 12600 Manx residents are registered with the UK NHS Organ Donor register.
