Lifeboat, coastguard called out to help dog

Douglas lifeboat crew rescued and dried the dog before returning them to their owner.
Douglas lifeboat crews and coastguard were called out to rescue a dog at sea.
The 15-year-old Labrador had been swept out by the tide while chasing a ball and was unable to get back to shore.
The RNLI team located the dog while coastguard officers provided support to the owners from the beach.
The lifeboat crew dried off the dog and returned the animal to its owners, who were waiting by Fort Anne Jetty.
