An eight-part review into the Island's healthcare service will cost in excess of £300,000.
The West Midlands Quality Review Service has cost the Department of Health and Social Care £225,926.41 so far.
The final part of the report is due soon after assessors visited the Island recently, and is expected to add an additional £80,000 plus VAT to the total.
The first assessment was carried out in 2013, and the reports have been used to identify areas of the health services in need of improvement.
