UCM catering to be discussed in Tynwald

Changes to catering at University College Isle of Man will be discussed at this month's sitting of Tynwald.

Ayre & Michael MHK Tim Baker will ask Education Minister Graham Cregeen to make a statement on the changes and how it will impact the Hospitality and Catering curriculum at the college.

Onchan member Julie Edge is seeking details about the transfer of catering from UCM to the Department of Health and Social Care.

Ms Edge also wants to know what the operating were when the service was transferred, and how much it costs now.

The March sitting of Tynwald gets underway tomorrow.
