Police investigate spate of milk thefts

Police in the west of the Island are urging those who receive milk deliveries to ensure their products are left somewhere secure following a spate of thefts.

Local stores in Peel have reported thefts from outside their premises following early morning deliveries.

Officers recommend those who have milk delivered should have a lockable box available for delivery companies and ensure their goods are collected as soon as possible.

Anyone with information on the thefts is asked to contact Peel Police Station on 842208.
