The five vacancies on the Legislative Council have all been filled by women.
Jane Poole-Wilson, who was seeking re-election, was returned with 22 votes and topped the poll.
Joining her will be newcomers to polictics; Kate Lord-Brennan, Tanya Humbles and Marlene Hendy - all of whom will serve a five year term.
Also elected was Kerry Sharpe who will be filling the vacancy left by David Anderson. Mr Anderson resigned two years early, so Ms Sharpe's position on the Council will run through to the end of February 2020.
